Ingredients

 1 lb white fish fillets, skinned
 Onions2
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper white1/4 Teaspoon
 Paprika pepper2 Teaspoon
 Eggs2
 Cream2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 3/4 cup shelled shrimp
 White sauce1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dry white wine2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 5 tablespoons chopped dill

Directions

Cut the fish fillets into small pieces.
Peel and chop the onions.
Place the fish pieces, salt, pepper, paprika, eggs, onions and cream in the blender.
Blend to a puree.
Bring a pan of salted water to the boil.
Form the fish mixture into balls and drop into the boiling water, lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove with a slotted spoon and place in an ovenproof dish.
Mix the shrimp with the white sauce, wine and dill and pour over the fishballs.
Cover and bake in a moderately hot oven (400° F) for 20 minutes.
Serve with boiled rice.
