Fish Ball With Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lb white fish fillets, skinned | ||
| Onions | 2 | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper white | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika pepper | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Cream | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3/4 cup shelled shrimp | ||
| White sauce | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry white wine | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 5 tablespoons chopped dill | ||
Directions
Cut the fish fillets into small pieces.
Peel and chop the onions.
Place the fish pieces, salt, pepper, paprika, eggs, onions and cream in the blender.
Blend to a puree.
Bring a pan of salted water to the boil.
Form the fish mixture into balls and drop into the boiling water, lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove with a slotted spoon and place in an ovenproof dish.
Mix the shrimp with the white sauce, wine and dill and pour over the fishballs.
Cover and bake in a moderately hot oven (400° F) for 20 minutes.
Serve with boiled rice.
