Fish Ball With Shrimp Recipe
|White fish fillets||1 Pound, skinned|
|White pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Paprika pepper||2 Teaspoon|
|Cream||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Shelled shrimp||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|White sauce||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Dry white wine||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Chopped dill||5 Tablespoon|

Peel and chop the onions.
Place the fish pieces, salt, pepper, paprika, eggs, onions and cream in the blender.
Blend to a puree.
Bring a pan of salted water to the boil.
Form the fish mixture into balls and drop into the boiling water, lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove with a slotted spoon and place in an ovenproof dish.
Mix the shrimp with the white sauce, wine and dill and pour over the fishballs.
Cover and bake in a moderately hot oven (400° F) for 20 minutes.
Serve with boiled rice.
