Fish With Green Chilies Recipe

Ingredients
1 pound lean fish fillets
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
1 can chopped green chilies, drained
12 pimiento stuffed olives
3 tablespoons dry white wine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Lemon wedges
Directions
If fish fillets are large, cut into 4 serving pieces.
Arrange onion in square microwavable dish 8x8x2 inches; place fish on onion with thickest parts to outside edges of dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Spoon chilies over fish; top with olives.
Mix wine and lemon juice; pour over fish.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high 4 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn.
Microwave until fish flakes easily with fork, 3 to 5 minutes longer.
Let stand covered 3 minutes.
Serve with lemon wedges.
