Recipe Story
I was put to the task of coming up with something new for dinner - fish tacos was the answer... We had never made them at home so this try was a first. They worked out well. The poblano and jalapeƱos really brought out some good flavors

Directions
dice the poblano & jalapeno peppers
add some corn oil to a fry pan heated to medium
cook the peppers for a few minutes
chunk up the fish and dust them with cuman and flour
fry the fish with the peppers until nice and GBD (Golden Brown & Delicious)
warm the tortillas in the manner that makes you happy
build - tortilla - fish/pepper mixture - salsa - cilantro - lime wedge
eat
