Fish Steaks On Steamed Vegetables Recipe
|Fish steaks||4 Small (Each About 1 Inch Thick)|
|Snipped savory/1 teaspoon dried savory leaves||1 Tablespoon (Fresh)|

|Onion||1 Medium, sliced and separated into rings|
|Yellow pepper||1 Small, cut into 1/4 inch slices|
|Red pepper||1 Small, cut into 1/4 inch slices|
|Fresh spinach||8 Ounce, coarsely chopped|

Sprinkle with savory, salt and pepper; place lemon slice on each fish steak.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high 4 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn.
Microwave until fish flakes easily with fork, 4 to 5 minutes longer.
Let stand covered.
Place margarine, onion and yellow and red peppers in 1 1/2 quart microwavable casserole.
Cover tightly and microwave on high until vegetables are crisp tender, 3 to 4 minutes; stir in spinach.
Cover tightly and microwave just until spinach is hot, 1 to 2 minutes.
Serve fish over vegetables.
