 4 small fish steaks, each about 1 inch thick
 Teaspoon1 Tablespoon, snipped
 4 thin slices lemon
 Butter/Margarine1 Tablespoon
 Onion1 Medium, separated into rings
 1 small yellow pepper, cut into 1/4 inch slices
 1 small red pepper, cut into 1/4 inch slices
 8 ounces fresh spinach, coarsely chopped
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Arrange fish steaks, with thickest parts to outside edges, in square microwavable dish, 8x8x2 inches.
Sprinkle with savory, salt and pepper; place lemon slice on each fish steak.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high 4 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn.
Microwave until fish flakes easily with fork, 4 to 5 minutes longer.
Let stand covered.
Place margarine, onion and yellow and red peppers in 1 1/2 quart microwavable casserole.
Cover tightly and microwave on high until vegetables are crisp tender, 3 to 4 minutes; stir in spinach.
Cover tightly and microwave just until spinach is hot, 1 to 2 minutes.
Serve fish over vegetables.
