| Oil | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Can (10 oz) |

Directions
Saute vegetables in oil in skillet 10 minutes.
Add tomato sauce, mix well, and saute for another 3 minutes.
Spoon veg etables over fish, spreading evenly.
Bake in 350°F toaster oven 30 minutes.
