Fish Steak Brazilian Recipe
The Fish Steak Brazilian is one of the best halibut dishes that I've ever tasted! There's something novel of the coffee gravy of the Fish Steak Brazilian! Just try out and let me know how you like it! Feel free to come up with suggestions!
Ingredients
| 2 pounds halibut steak or fish steak of your choice | ||
| Instant coffee | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 4 tablespoons melted margarine or oil | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 teaspoon onion salt | ||
| Chopped parsley for garnish | ||
Directions
Place fish steaks in shallow dish.
Dissolve instant coffee in lemon juice.
Add oil, salt, and onion salt to this.
Pour over fish to marinate it.
Let stand 30 minutes, turning once so both sides of steak absorb flavor.
Heat 4 tablespoons of marinade in skillet.
When hot but not bubbling, add fish steaks, cook for 5 to 7 minutes per side.
When both sides are cooked tender, add remaining marinade, simmer for 2 minutes more.
Garnish with parsley, serve.
