6 cups fish stock
 
1/2 cup flour
 
2 tbsp. butter.
 
1 cup milk
 
3/4 cup cream (sweet or sour)
 
1 can fish balls OR meat of flsh stock
 
1 tbsp Chives chopped

Directions

Heat stock, blend flour and butter together, and add to stock with milk boil until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add remaining ingredients, stirring well.
