Ingredients

 
1 pinch ajwain
 
1/4 number baking pdr
 
2 tbsp beasan
 
1/2 cup bread crumbs
 
1 springs coriander leaves
 
250 grams deboned fish pieces
 
1 number lime to fry oil
 
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
 
1 number sabudana papad
 
to taste salt
 
1 tsp sesame seeds

Directions

1. Clean the fish pieces
2. Mix all the ingredients
3. Marinate the fish pieces with the mixture
4. apply coating as desired
5. Deep fry till golden brown
6. Serve hot with sauce and lime
