Fish Monterey Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds flounder fillets
2 tablespoons butter, melted White pepper to taste Monterey Jack Sauce
Directions
Place fillets in a greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish; brush with butter, and sprinkle with pepper.
Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Serve Monterey Jack Sauce over fish.
