Fish Masala Recipe
Would you like to try simple fish masala at home? This recipe is just the way it is prepared in Indian homes. It is a traditional recipe from Bengali Cuisine. Fish Masala is a delicious Indian Curry.It is included as a main dish in Indian lunch and dinner menu. It goes well with plain rice, but it can also be eaten with roti .Cook ,share and enjoy this fish masala recipe.
Ingredients
500 gm fish
1/8 cup your favorite oil
25 gm ginger garlic paste
2 sliced onion
2 tomatoes,chopped
2 green chilies
salt to taste
Directions
Point 1- Marinate fish pieces in little salt and ginger garlic paste for 25 minutes
Point2 -Heat oil
Point 3- Fry sliced onoin till golden brown
Point 4-Saute ginger garlic paste and green chily
point 5-Add tomato and saute well
Point 6-Mix with fish masala and add two cups of water
point 7- Put fish pieces gently
point 8- Simmer for 15 minutes
Point 9- Garnish with mint leaves and serve
