Directions

Place margarine, onions and celery in 3 quart casserole.
Cover and microwave until vegeta bles are tender, 3 to 4 minutes.
Mix in soups, canned vegetables (with liquid), wine and bay leaf.
Cover and microwave to boiling, 8 to 10 minutes.
Stir in fish.
Cover and microwave 4 minutes; stir.cover and microwave until fish flakes easily with a fork, 2 to 3 minutes.
