 Black pepper powder1 Teaspoon
 Salt3⁄4 Teaspoon (adjust salt as per taste)
 Egg2 , beaten
 Bread crumbs1 Cup (16 tbs) (for coating)
 Oil1 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying)

Directions

Clean fish with salt & flour.( This process remove the typical smell of fish).
Marinate the fish with all ingredients for 30 min.( Accept Bread crumbs).
Heat the oil in a deep pan and coat well fish with braed crumbs.
Put in preheated oil and fry till golden brown.
It becomes golden brown ready to serve , serve with salad.
