| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ginger garlic paste | 1⁄2 Tablespoon | |
| Red chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 3⁄4 Teaspoon (adjust salt as per taste) | |
| Egg | 2 , beaten | |
| Bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (for coating) | |
| Oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying) |

Directions
Marinate the fish with all ingredients for 30 min.( Accept Bread crumbs).
Heat the oil in a deep pan and coat well fish with braed crumbs.
Put in preheated oil and fry till golden brown.
It becomes golden brown ready to serve , serve with salad.
