Recipe Story

Its easy to cook. Result will better if fish is fresh.

Ingredients

 
(1) - Fish 1/2 kg.
 
(2) - Soya sauce 2 tbsp.
 
(3) - Vinegar 2 tbsp.
 
(4) - Ginger Garlic paste- 1 1/2 tbsp.
 
(5) - Red chilli powder 1 tsp.
 
(6) - Black pepper powder 1 tsp.
 
(7) - Salt 3 /4 tsp or according to taste.
 
(8) - 2 Egg( Beaten) .
 
(9) - Bread crumbs for coating.
 
(10) - Oil for fry 1 cup.

Directions

Clean fish with salt & flour.( This process remove the typical smell of fish).
Marinate the fish with all ingredients for 30 min.( Accept Bread crumbs).
Heat the oil in a deep pan and coat well fish with braed crumbs.
Put in preheated oil and fry till golden brown.
It becomes golden brown ready to serve , serve with salad.
