 Fish fillets1 pound
 Mushrooms4 Ounce, sliced
 Onion1 Small, chopped
 Butter/Margarine1 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Dairy sour cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parmesan cheese3 Tablespoon, grated
 Dry bread crumbs2 Tablespoon
 Paprika
 Snipped parsley

Directions

If fish fillets are large, cut into 4 serving pieces.
Pat fish dry with paper towels.
Arrange fish, with thickest parts to outside edges, in rectangular microwavable dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches or 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inches.
Place mushrooms, onion and margarine in 4 cup microwavable measure.
Cover tightly and microwave on high until onion is crisp tender, 2 to 4 minutes; stir.
Spoon mushroom mixture over fish; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 3 minutes; spoon off liquid.
Mix sour cream and cheese; spread over mushroom mixture.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Microwave uncovered until fish flakes easily with fork, 3 to 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
