Fish Fillets – 1 pound
Hard Boiled Eggs – 3, chopped
Onion – 1 tablespoons, grated
Potatoes – 1 ½ cups, cubed
Salt – ½ teaspoon
White Pepper – 1/8 teaspoon
Curry Powder – ½ teaspoon
Flour – 2 tablespoons
Canned Lobster Bisque - 1 (6.5 ounce)
Thin Cream – ¾ cup
Butter or Margarine – 2 tablespoons
Biscuit Mix – 2 cups (1 pack)
Parsley – ½ cup, finely chopped
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 375F
2) Using a knife, cut the fillets into 1 inch pieces
MAKING
3) In a bowl, combine the egg, onion and potatoes and place them in a 2 quart casserole
4) Add in the salt, white pepper, flour and curry powder in a saucepan
5) Add in the bisque and cream to the saucepan and stir continuously over a low flame till the sauce thickens
6) Place the fish into the casserole and pour the hot sauce over
7) Dot with butter
8) Follow the instruction given on the package of the biscuit mix and roll out the dough to a thin sheet
9) Using a pastry brush, brush the biscuit sheet with melted butter or margarine
10) Sprinkle in the chopped parsley
11) Then roll the sheet like a jelly roll and using a sharp knife, cut the rolls into 1 inch thick coils
12) Arrange the about 6-8 coils into the casserole
13) Bake at 375F for 20 minutes till the top is well browned
14) Bake the remaining biscuit coils onto a greased cookie sheet for 20 minutes

15) Serve the fish warm, with the extra biscuit coils put into a bowl as an accompaniment
