 Fish fillets1 Pound
 Ground pepper1 To taste
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 2 tbsp butter, melted 25 mL
 Lemon juice2 Teaspoon
 1/4 tsp dried dillweed or tarragon 1 mL

Directions

In baking dish just large enough to hold fillets in single layer, place fillets; sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine parsley, melted butter, lemon juice and dillweed; drizzle over fillets.
Bake in 425°F (220°C) oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish is opaque; broil for 2 minutes longer, or until golden.
