Ingredients
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 lb bluefish or other fish fillets, cut in serving size portions 500 g | ||
| Mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or dill or 1 tspdried 50 mL | ||
| Lemon juice | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Lightly butter 3 or 4 pieces of foil large enough to wrap fish.
Place fish on buttered surface.
Sprinkle with mushrooms, if using, parsley, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste; dot with remaining butter.
Draw edges of foil up over fish to form loose packet and crimp edges to make tight seal.
Place on baking sheet and bake in 450°F (230°C) oven for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Place 1 packet on each plate and let diners open their own.
