Fish - 1 pound, cooked and flaked 1 egg, slightly beaten
Milk - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Pickle relish - 2 tablespoons
Bread crumbs - 1 cup fine, divided
Fat - ΒΌ cup
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl blend together fish, egg, milk, salt, relish and 1/2 cup of the bread crumbs.
2. Shape into patties or cutlets and dredge in remaining crumbs.
3. In a frying pan heat oil and fry until brown.
SERVING
4. Serve with tomato sauce.
