Fish Curry Recipe
Make Fish Curry! No other activity will relax you as much as this does. Fish is the key ingredient in Fish Curry. Whenever I have Asian friends visiting I always prepare Fish Curry which is most loved by them. A yummy Side Dish dish that I recommend to my friends is this recipe of Fish Curry. There is no bigger sin than reading this recipe of Fish Curry and not trying it out.
Ingredients
3 pounds mackerel, sea bass, or other oily fish
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried ground chili peppers
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon coriander ground
1/2 teaspoon cumin, ground
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
2 minced garlic cloves
1 cup finely chopped onions
4 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
Directions
Have the fish filleted and cut into serving-sized pieces.
Wash and dry.
Pound together the salt, chili peppers, black pepper, coriander, cumin, turmeric, garlic, and onions.
Heat the oil in a skillet; saute the onion mixture for 3 minutes.
Add the lemon juice, sugar, and coconut milk;mix well.
Arrange the fish in the sauce.
Cover and cook over low heat 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.
