Fish Curry Recipe

| Mackerel/Sea bass / other oily fish | 3 Pound | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dried ground chili peppers | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Freshly ground black pepper | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Coriander | 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground | |
| Cumin | 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground | |
| Turmeric | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (10 gm), minced | |
| Finely chopped onions | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Coconut milk | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) |

Directions
Wash and dry.
Pound together the salt, chili peppers, black pepper, coriander, cumin, turmeric, garlic, and onions.
Heat the oil in a skillet; saute the onion mixture for 3 minutes.
Add the lemon juice, sugar, and coconut milk;mix well.
Arrange the fish in the sauce.
Cover and cook over low heat 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.
