Ingredients

 1 cup fish, cooked, flaked
 2 cups cornmeal mush, cooked
 Egg1
 Oil1 Tablespoon
 Soy flour1 Tablespoon
 Dulse1 Tablespoon, minced
 Nutritional yeast2 Tablespoon
 Fennel seeds1/2 Teaspoon
 Chives3 Tablespoon, minced
 Wheat germ

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mold into balls.
Roll in wheat germ.
Drop into simmering fish stock or soup.
Cover.
Simmer for 10 minutes variation Shape mixture into patties.
Broil until brown on each side.
