Fish Cornmeal Balls Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup fish, cooked, flaked | ||
| 2 cups cornmeal mush, cooked | ||
| Egg | 1 | |
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Soy flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dulse | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Nutritional yeast | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Fennel seeds | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Chives | 3 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Wheat germ | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mold into balls.
Roll in wheat germ.
Drop into simmering fish stock or soup.
Cover.
Simmer for 10 minutes variation Shape mixture into patties.
Broil until brown on each side.
