Fish Cooked In Parchment Recipe
Ingredients
| Fillets- 2 pounds, boneless | ||
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Start by dampening 2 sheets of parchment paper , then spread it out flat
2.Take the fish and cut into serving pieces
MAKING
3.Brush the parchment paper with oil
4.Place the fish pieces on each sheet of paper
5.On each serving, place 1 tablespoon of butter and onion
6.Sprinkle parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper
7.Tie the edges of the sheets
8.In a pot, containing boiling water place the fish and cook for 15 minutes
9.Once boiled completely, remove fish and place on a hot platter. Make sure not to lose any of the juices

10.Serve with salads
