Fish Chowder With White Wine Recipe
Ingredients
| Bacon slices | 2 | |
| Onions | 2 Medium, chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm) | |
| Tomato paste | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Beef broth | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Dry white wine | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomatoes | 4 , peeled and cubed | |
| Paprika | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Fish fillets | 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into bite-size pieces | |
| Chopped parsley | 1 Tablespoon |

Directions
Remove, crumble, and place in slow cooker.
Brown onions and garlic in the accumulated bacon fat.
Pour into slow cooker along with all remaining ingredients except the fish and parsley.
Cover and cook on high for 1 hour.
Add fish and continue to cook on high for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish is tender.
Serve at once or keep warm on low for about an hour.
Overcooking will make fish tough.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
