 1 1/2 cups coarsely shredded cabbage
 Tomato sauce1 Can (10oz)
 Hot water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Carrots1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 Green onions4 Small, chopped
 1 1/2 teaspoons onion salt
 Pepper red1/4 Teaspoon
 1 pound frozen fish fillets, thawed and cut into 1-inch pieces
 Okra package1 , frozen
 Uncooked instant rice3/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients in a 3-quart casserole.
Cover and microwave at HIGH for 8 minutes, stirring mixture after 4 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and microwave at HIGH for 11 to 13 minutes, stirring after 6 minutes.
