Directions

Put haddock, partially thawed, through a food grinder twice.
Place it in a large bowl.
Add cracker meal, salt, pepper, and cream.
Mix until smooth.
Now, put your hands under cold water.
With moist hands, shape fish mixture into 1 inch balls.
Heat fat in medium skillet; using a slot ted spoon, drop fish balls into fat.
Allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove cooked fish balls with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.
Cook rest of balls in same way.
Put fish balls on a heated platter and sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
Keep toothpicks handy for picking up these delicacies.
