2 pounds frozen haddock fillets
1 cup cracker meal
2 teaspoons salt
Dash of white pepper
1 1/2 cups light cream
Fat for deep frying

How to make Fish Balls For A Party
Put haddock, partially thawed, through a food grinder twice.Place it in a large bowl.
Add cracker meal, salt, pepper, and cream.
Mix until smooth.
Now, put your hands under cold water.
With moist hands, shape fish mixture into 1-inch balls.
Heat fat in medium skillet, using a slotted spoon, drop fish balls into fat.
Allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
