Ingredients
| Haddock fillets | 2 Pound, frozen | |
| 1 cup cracker meal | ||
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1 Dash | |
| Light cream | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Fat for deep frying | ||
| Parsley and paprika for garnish | ||
Directions
Put haddock, partially thawed, through a food grinder twice.
Place it in a large bowl.
Add cracker meal, salt, pepper, and cream.
Mix until smooth.
Now, put your hands under cold water.
With moist hands, shape fish mixture into 1-inch balls.
Heat fat in medium skillet, using a slotted spoon, drop fish balls into fat.
Allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove cooked fish balls with slotted spoon, drain on paper towels.
Cook rest of balls in same way.
Put fish balls on a heated platter and sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
