Fish and Vegetable Salad Recipe
This typical Fish and Vegetable Salad is the best healthy and tasty combination to any meal. Try this easy and simple recipe for Fish and Vegetable Salad; this happens to be my personal favorite!
Ingredients
1 can whole tiny beets
1 can whole green beans
7 tablespoons French dressing
11/2 pound fish fillets, steamed and flaked
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons catsup
2 tablespoons chopped chives
1 teaspoon prepared horse-radish
2 hard-cooked eggs
Directions
Drain beets and beans.
Place each in a separate bowl.
Cover each with 11/2 tablespoons French dressing and chill well.
Chill fish thoroughly.
Combine remaining French dressing, mayon- naise, catsup, chives and horse-radish.
Toss the fish flakes with this mixture.
Place in lettuce cups on a large platter and top with sliced hard-cooked eggs.
Garnish with marinated beets and beans arranged in lettuce cups.
Place each in a separate bowl.
