| Crushed pineapple | 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), drained reserving juice | |
| Cooked rice | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Breadcrumbs | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Pepper | 1⁄8 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Poultry seasoning | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Pineapple juice | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) |

Directions
Mix together pineapple, rice, bread crumbs, onion, pepper, paprika, salt, and poultry seasoning.
Spread over fish.
Pour pineapple juice over this.
Bake in 350°F toaster oven until fish is tender, about 30; minutes.
