Fish and chips is an eternal favorite preparation of fish usually made with white fish. Directions

Marinate the fish with olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper.
Crumb the fish with oat meal.
Bake the fishn preheated oven for 5 minutes at 120-150°C or till the fish is cooked.
Blend the mayonnaise, carrots, gherkins and parsley together to make tartar sauce.
Adjust seasoning.
Add a little lime juice.
For the French fries Spread the potatoes on a baking tray.
Roast in the oven for 15 minutes at a low temperature (approximately 120° C), checking every 5 minutes.
Serve the fish with tartar sauce and roasted French fries.
