Crumb the fish with oat meal.
Bake the fishn preheated oven for 5 minutes at 120-150Â°C or till the fish is cooked.
Blend the mayonnaise, carrots, gherkins and parsley together to make tartar sauce.
Add a little lime juice.
For the French fries Spread the potatoes on a baking tray.
Roast in the oven for 15 minutes at a low temperature (approximately 120Â° C), checking every 5 minutes.
Serve the fish with tartar sauce and roasted French fries.
