Fish With Gingered Pineapple Recipe
|Fish fillets||1 Pound, frozen, thawed (1 Package, 500 Gram, Haddock, Cod, Boston Bluefish)|
|Hoisin sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Ginger root||1 Teaspoon, minced|
|Green onion||1 , sliced|
|Pineapple||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained, crushed|

1. To prepare the fish cut block of fish fillets into 4 equal pieces and on a pie plate arrange like spokes in a wheel.
2. Coat the fish spread over hoisin sauce and then sprinkling with soy sauce, sherry, gingerroot and green onion.
3. Spoon pineapple evenly onto pieces and microwave covering with wax paper at High for 5 to 7 minutes or until fish is opaque, rotating plate twice.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, let it stand, covered, for 5 minutes and serve.
