Ingredients

 Egg1
 2 ounces cooked fish
 Dash oregano
 Bread slice1
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Beat egg; reserve half.
Combine remaining half with fish, salt, pepper and oregano; mash to a paste.
Cut bread horizontally into twofers.
Flatten with rolling pin.
Place half of fish mixture in center of each, fold bread over to form triangle, and fasten edges with toothpicks.
Dip both sides of turnovers in reserved half egg.
Transfer to non-stick baking sheet (or sheet lined with aluminum foil); bake at 375° F., turning once to brown both sides.
