Ingredients

 White fish fillet1⁄2 Pound (2 Fillets)
 Old bay seasoning To Taste
 Flour tortilla6
 Tomato1 , chopped
 Avocado1 , sliced
 Scallions3 , cut into pieces
 Cilantro1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Jalapeno1 , slit
 Lime juice1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
 Lime1 , juiced
 Honey1 Tablespoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Pinch
 Olive oil1 Tablespoon (Add More If Needed)

Directions

1) Preheat oven to 375F.
2) Season the fillets with Old Bay seafood seasoning on both sides.
3) Place the fillets in a pre-greased baking dish.
4) Place the baking dish inside oven and bake for 20 minutes.
5) In your blender, place the scallions, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, honey, salt, pepper and olive oil. Process into thick and smooth Cilantro Lime sauce. Add extra olive oil to reduce the thickness, if required.
6) Transfer in a bowl and place aside.
7) Chop the baked fillets into big chunks.
8) Fill the tortillas with baked fish chunks and other vegetables. Drizzle with the lime sauce and sprinkle grated cheese on top, if desired. Roll up and serve.
