Simple Fish Stock Recipe
Ingredients
| Sole fish | 1 Pound | |
| Onion | 1 , sliced | |
| Parsley | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Strips of lemon peel | ||
| White wine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Peppercorns | 6 | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cold water | 5 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Break the bones into pieces and put them into a pan with all the other ingredients.
Partly cover the pan and simmer the stock for 20 minutes.
Pour the stock through a sieve.
Cool the stock and then keep in the refrigerator until it is needed.
