Ingredients
| Tiger prawns | 6 Large | |
| Heads, skin and bones of 4 fish (sea-bass, salmon, trout, or any fish of that size will do) | ||

| 4 whole trout, cut into 4 pieces each (a more economical option) - 2 carrots, chopped | ||
| Onions | 2 , quartered | |
| 2 celery sticks, roughly chopped | ||
| Garlic | 3 Clove (5gm), halved | |
| Tomatoes | 4 Large | |
| Tomato Paste | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley stalks | 3 | |
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a large saucepan, cover with water and simmer for 50 minutes.
Strain and use as required.
You can put the remaining ingredients (except the heads and bones!) in a blender with 150 ml of the stock to make an instant fish soup.
