Ingredients

 Tiger prawns6 Large
 Heads, skin and bones of 4 fish (sea-bass, salmon, trout, or any fish of that size will do)
 OR
 4 whole trout, cut into 4 pieces each (a more economical option) - 2 carrots, chopped
 Onions2 , quartered
 2 celery sticks, roughly chopped
 Garlic3 Clove (5gm), halved
 Tomatoes4 Large
 Tomato Paste4 Tablespoon
 Parsley stalks3

Directions

Put all the ingredients in a large saucepan, cover with water and simmer for 50 minutes.
Strain and use as required.
You can put the remaining ingredients (except the heads and bones!) in a blender with 150 ml of the stock to make an instant fish soup.
