Classic Fish Stock With Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
| 500g fish bones from white fleshed fish | ||
| Onion | 1 , sliced | |
| Celery stick | 1 , sliced | |
| Parsley stalks | 6 | |
| Mushrooms | 60 Gram, chopped | |
| White wine | 500 Milliliter | |
| Water | 3 Liter | |
Directions
Place all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to the boil.
Simmer, uncovered, for 25 minutes.
Strain.
Cool, cover and refrigerate to allow any fat to rise to surface.
Remove fat.
