Fish Sticks Recipe
Ingredients
| Sole - 3 fillets | ||
| Flour | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Kosher salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Eggs | 3 Small, beaten | |
| Breadcrumbs | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Fat for deep frying | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Using a sharp knife, cut the sole into 1 inch strips
2) In a plate, add the flour with salt and pepper
3) Coat the fish strips into the flour mixture
4) Dip into the beaten eggs and roll into the breadcrumbs
5) In a large skillet, heat the fat
6) Fry the sole strips till golden brown
7) Drain onto absorbent paper
SERVING
8) Serve the strips with ketchup or tartar sauce
