Fish Stew Recipe
Ingredients
| Cod fillets package | 1 , frozen | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Chicken broth | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 1 jar (15 1/2 ounces) Prego Spaghetti Sauce | ||
| Mussels | 12 Pound, scrubbed | |
| 1/2 pound medium shrimp, shelled and deveined | ||
Directions
1. Separate fish fillets, reserving seasoning packet. Arrange fish on microwave-safe plate. Microwave, uncovered, on high 1 minute or until fish is pliable. Cut fish into 1-inch pieces; set aside.
2. In 3-quart microwave-safe casserole, combine celery and fa cup of the broth. Cover with lid; microwave on high 3 minutes or until celery is tender, stirring once during cooking.
3. Stir in spaghetti sauce, remaining broth and contents of seasoning packet. Cover; microwave on high 5 minutes or until very hot.
4. Add fish, mussels and shrimp. Cover; microwave on high 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork and most mussels are open. Discard any unopened mussels.
