Ingredients
"A"
6 pieces fish steak
2 eggs, white only
2 tsps. ginger juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. soya sauce
3 tbsps. cornflour
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. wine
1 cup oil
"B"
4 spring onions chopped with leaves
3 slices pineapple, chopped
3 tbsps. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsps. salad oil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. cornflour
1/4 tsp. chilli oil
1 1/2 cup water
Directions
Clean and wash the fish steaks and wipe them dry.
Mix all "A" ingredients in a bowl (except oil) and pour over the fish.
Mix well and let it marinate for 20 minutes.
Heat oil and fry fish till both the sides turn light brown.
Remove from fire and keep on absorbent paper.
In the left over oil fry onions and pineapple for 5 minutes.
Mix all remaining sauce ingredients "B" except cornflour and chilli oil with one cup water and pour over the pineapple.
Add fish pieces to the sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
Mix cornflour with 1/2 cup water and add to the sauce.
When it thickens sprinkle chilli oil and remove from fire.
Mix all "A" ingredients in a bowl (except oil) and pour over the fish.
