Ingredients
| Fish fillets | 1 Pound | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
| Lemon juice - few drops | ||
| Medium sized onion - 1 | ||
| Medium sized tomatoes - 3 or 4 | ||
| Cheese | 2 Tablespoon, finely grated | |
| Brown breadcrumbs - 2 tbs | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Trim the fillets and wipe thoroughly.
2.Add a sprinkling of salt, pepper and lemon juice.
3.Remove the onion peel and slice.
4.Take off the tomato skin and slice.
5.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
MAKING
6.Take a shallow fireproof dish, place the fillets in it topped with onion and tomatoes.
7.Make a mixture of cheese nad breadcrumbs and add a sprinkling.
8.Bake the dish in middle of the oven for 30 minutes.
SERVING
9.Serve warm.
