Ingredients

 Fish fillets1 Pound
 Salt1 To taste
 Pepper To Taste
 Lemon juice - few drops
 Medium sized onion - 1
 Medium sized tomatoes - 3 or 4
 Cheese2 Tablespoon, finely grated
 Brown breadcrumbs - 2 tbs

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Trim the fillets and wipe thoroughly.
2.Add a sprinkling of salt, pepper and lemon juice.
3.Remove the onion peel and slice.
4.Take off the tomato skin and slice.
5.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

MAKING
6.Take a shallow fireproof dish, place the fillets in it topped with onion and tomatoes.
7.Make a mixture of cheese nad breadcrumbs and add a sprinkling.
8.Bake the dish in middle of the oven for 30 minutes.

SERVING
9.Serve warm.
