Fish Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Flour | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 cup cooked fish, flaked | ||
| 3/4 cup cooked peas | ||
| Onion | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Potatoes | 1 Cup (16 tbs), mashed | |
Directions
Melt butter; add flour and salt and brown.
With a wire whisk, beat in milk; heat and stir with whisk until creamy.
Add fish, peas, onion, and green pepper; heat through and turn into greased baking dish.
Top with mashed potatoes.
Bake in a 375° oven for 12 minutes.
