Directions

Boil potatoes, peel and mash.
Combine mashed potatoes, cooked, flaked fish, egg, 1/3 cup bread crumbs, barley flour, wheat germ, grated onion, thyme, salt and pepper to taste.
Form into patties of desired size.
Dip patties in 2/3 cup bread crumbs.
Saute in oil until golden brown (about 5 minutes for each side).
Place in paper towel lined baking pan in low oven to keep warm until ready to serve.
