| Whole grain | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Dry bread crumbs | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Barley flour | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Wheat germ | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 , grated | |
| Thyme | 1 Teaspoon, ground | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |

Directions
Combine mashed potatoes, cooked, flaked fish, egg, 1/3 cup bread crumbs, barley flour, wheat germ, grated onion, thyme, salt and pepper to taste.
Form into patties of desired size.
Dip patties in 2/3 cup bread crumbs.
Saute in oil until golden brown (about 5 minutes for each side).
Place in paper towel lined baking pan in low oven to keep warm until ready to serve.
