Fish Or Shrimp Creole Recipe
Fish or shrimp creole is a lovely cooked fish recipe that can be made with your fish of choice. Made with vegetables, this fish creole recipe is prepared with added spiced like chili powder. Herbed with parsley, it has a great taste and can be served over rice.
Ingredients

| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chili powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Tomatoes | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Parsley | 2 Teaspoon, snipped | |
| Fish fillets | 16 Ounce, frozen | |
| Cooked brown rice | 3 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Saute onion, green pepper, and garlic until tender in a nonstick skillet. Whisk in cornstarch and chili powder.Add tomatoes and parsley. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add shrimp or fish that has been cut into 1-inch cubes. Heat until thoroughly cooked.
