Directions
Wipe and dry fish.
Arrange fish in a 12- x 8-inch glass baking dish.
Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
Dot with butter; then cover with waxed paper.
Microwave at HIGH 2 minutes.
Blend sour cream and cheese.
Spread mixture on fish.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave at HIGH 2 to 3 minutes.
