Fish Meuniere Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 lb. fillets of white fish | ||
| Seasoned flour | ||
| Butter | 4 Ounce | |
| 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice chopped parsley | ||
Directions
Skin the fillets if this has not been done by the fishmonger, toss lightly in seasoned flour.
Melt 3/4 of the butter in pan, fry fillets until brown on both sides; remove.
Melt remaining butter in pan; add lemon juice, spoon over fish, sprinkle with parsley.
