Fish Mastre D Hotel Recipe
Ingredients
| Fillets of any white fish - 1 lb | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice - 2 teasps | ||
| Butter | 4 Ounce (For Maitre d'Hotel sauce:) | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped (For Maitre d'Hotel sauce:) | |
| Cayenne pepper - a dash | ||
| Lemon juice - Few drops | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Remove the fillet skin and cut them in equal pieces.
2.Wipe the pieces using a clean cloth.
3.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
MAKING
4.Add a sprinkling of salt, pepper and lemon juice on each fillet and fold each fillet in two by placing the skinned or cut side inside.
5.Take a shallow tin or fireproof dish, place the fillets on it covered with a stock and then with a greased paper sheet.
6.Bake the dish by placing it at the middle of the oven for 15- 20 minutes.
7.Once flaky, drain the fillets.
SERVING
8.Serve with Maitre d Hotel sauce.
