Fish Kofta Recipe
Ingredients
250 gms. fish
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 cloves
1 big cardamom
1 onion, chopped very fine
Coriander leaves, chopped very fine
1 green chilli, chopped very fine
1/4 teaspoon caraway seed and cardamom powder
1 egg
Salt
Directions
Clean and season the fish with salt.
Boil it with 'garlic, cloves and cardamom.
Remove the bones.
Mash the fish and mix it with onion, coriander leaves, chilli, salt, and caraway seed and cardamom powder, and egg. (You can use a slice of bread soaked in water in place of egg. Squeeze it dry before adding).
Shape the mixture into eight balls, set them aside for a while to dry and deep fry them.
