Ingredients

 750 g white fish fillets, cut into 5 cm cubes
 Peanut oil1 Tablespoon
 BANANA SAUCE
 20 g polyunsaturated margarine
 Brown sugar3 Tablespoon
 Evaporated milk3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Yoghurt3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Bananas4 Medium, sliced
 Chopped nuts2 Tablespoon, toasted

Directions

1.Thread fish onto twelve oiled wooden skewers.
Brush with oil and grill or barbecue for 3-4 minutes each side.
2.To make sauce, melt margarine in a trypan.
Remove pan from heat.
3.Dissolve brown sugar in evaporated milk.
Stir evaporated milk mixture and yoghurt into melted margarine.
Add bananas and nuts and cook gently over low heat for 1-2 minutes.
4.Arrange kebabs on a serving plate, spoon over sauce and serve immediately.
