Fish Kebabs Recipe
Ingredients
| White fish | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Pepper red | 1 | |
| Green pepper | 1 | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Juice 1 large lemon | ||
| Seasoning | ||
| Few drops chili sauce | ||
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Cut the fish into 1 1/2-inch cubes, remove skin or bones.
Wash and dry the mushrooms, cut the red and green pepper into squares.
Put the fish, mushrooms and peppers on to 4 or 5 metal skewers.
Heat the butter or margarine, lemon juice, seasoning and chili sauce.
Brush the fish and vegetables with some of the mixture.
Broil quickly, turning several times, until cooked.
