Fish Kabobs Recipe
Fish Kabobs- I simply love these skewered fish rubbed with pepper and lemon juice seasonings as an entrée. Try these Fish Kabobs and let me know if you like them.
Ingredients
| Haddock fillets | 2 Pound | |
| Cherry tomatoes | 24 | |
| 4 green peppers, cut in pieces | ||
| Onion | 1 Small, sliced (Marinade:) | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon (Marinade:) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 (Marinade:) | |
| Dill | ||
| Oil for brushing | ||
Directions
1. Cut the fish fillets into pieces.
2. Soak the fish in the marinade for 2 hours.
3. Alternate the fish, tomatoes, and green pepper on skewers. Grill while turning for about 4 minutes. Brush with the oil while on the grill.
