Fish In Soured Cream Sauce Recipe
Fish In Soured Cream Sauce is simply by far the most delicious dish that I have had. It can be prepared with ease and trust me, the flavor of the Low Fish In Soured Cream Sauce first pleasantly shocks your taste buds and then makes an addict out of you..so be prepared!
Ingredients
| 4 fillets whiting | ||
| Butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper red | 1/2 To taste, deseeded | |
| Sour cream | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup peeled shrimp a little dill | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
1 Lay fish fillets in a shallow dish, keeping tails to the centre. Flake half the butter over the fish, add the milk and season with salt and pepper.
2 Cover with plastic wrap and pierce. Microwave on full power for 4-5 minutes, giving the dish a half turn once during this time.
3 Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
4 Place remaining butter and red pepper into a small jug and microwave on full power for 30 seconds-1 minute depending on size of the pepper.
5 Stir in soured cream, prawns and dill. Microwave on power 4 for 3 minutes. Stir in juices from fish.
6 Arrange fish on a serving dish, pour over the soured cream sauce and garnish with a little extra dill.
