 Fish fillets6 , frozen
 Onion1 Small, sliced
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Cooking oil1 Tablespoon
 Toasted almonds1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lime juice2 Tablespoon
 Jalapeno pepper1/2 To taste, pickled
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash
 Salt To Taste
 1/2 cup snipped cilantro or parsley

Directions

Thaw frozen fish.
Cook onion and garlic in oil till tender but not brown.
Add the almonds, lime juice, jalapeno pepper, the 1/2 teaspoon salt, and pepper.
Heat through.
In a well-greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish arrange fish fillets; sprinkle lightly with salt.
Top with onion mixture.
Sprinkle evenly with cilantro or parsley.
Bake, covered, in 350° oven for 40 minutes or till fish flakes easily with a fork.
