Ingredients

Directions
Thaw fish if frozen.
Toast almonds in pie plate at HIGH for 4 minutes or till lightly browned, stirring twice.
Grind almonds and set aside.
In 13x9x2-inch baking dish, cook onion and garlic in oil at HIGH for 3 minutes or till tender, stirring twice.
Stir in almonds, lime juice, chopped pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and pepper.
Cook at HIGH for 2 minutes or till heated through.
Stir in snipped cilantro.
Sprinkle fillets with remaining salt.
Place fillets in baking dish.
Spoon onion and cilantro mixture over fillets.
Cook, covered, at MEDIUM HIGH (7) for 10 minutes or till fish flakes easily with a fork, rearranging fillets once.
